Dr. Omar Chughtai graduated from King Edward Medical College in the year 2000. After completing residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology from the University of Texas at Houston, Dr Omar did a fellowship in Surgical Pathology at The Methodist Hospital in Houston, Texas. He returned to Pakistan in 2007 to join Chughtais Lahore Lab.
Dr Omar Chughtais is a Diplomate of the American Board of Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, and a Visiting Assistant Professor of Pathology at the University of Texas Medical School at Houston. His areas of special interest are Breast Pathology, GI Pathology and Blood Banking.
